Eh, Derpy's daughter, Dinky's sister, same thing. Plus, I hear about divorced couples a lot; my best friend and current crush only have one parent, and I don't really enforce the ideas of either/both of them coming from anypony other Derpy and The Doctor. It's just wording.

Great job. Although I think you might have overdone it with the shading. Don't get me wrong it looks fantastic, sometimes I think I could reach in and touch Derpy, but the problem is the characters pop out a bit too much from the background. Once again, it's still good overall, but I'd suggest going easier on the shading next time.

Good advice. I can always go back and tone back the shading. I still have the PSD photoshop file, and since I put the shading on it's own layer it's easy to do.
